Organic CC Curl + Care Mascara Review.

Not too long ago, I received the Physicians Formula Organic CC Curl + Care Mascara. I remember signing up for it from the giveaway they had on Facebook. I wasn't asked to do this review, but because I loved the product so much, I decided to do one anyways.

For those of you who don't know me personally, I am a major Animal Activists. I love donating to different charities ( Mainly #SaveTheElephants). I am also a vegetarian, so I'm sure you can guess by now, that I don't support any beauty companies that are known for testing on animals. I think testing products on animals is cruel and should be against the law. Unfortunately it's not in the United States, and that is what our job, as animal activists, is to do; make testing on animals illegal and more people aware of the cruel things that go on in the proccess.
But back on the subject, I was extremely excited that I won the Organic CC Mascara , as it is made from all natural products and only tested by humans! The mascara claims to do 4 things: Curl, Volumize, condition and nourish. I have been using this product for quite sometime now, so I think it's safe to share my intake on what I think about it. These are my honest opinions.
When I first opened the mascara, I was unsure how well I would like it. It smelled a little funny, but that's what comes with using natural products. It had  a weird texture but it stuck to my lashes much better than mascaras I have used before. Most mascaras claim to volumize your lashes but they normally don't work as well as they say. However, I was shocked at how well this product actually curled and volumized my lashes. And again, I think it is because of the texture of it. It's very thick but you can still work with it to get your desired look. I do believe it does condition and nourish my lashes because they are super soft when you take the product off. It even feels like it's keeping your lashes nourished when you have it on. It doesn't make your lashes stiff like normal mascaras. This mascara last a long time, however it does have a down fall. Throughout the day I have noticed little specks of mascara falling on to my cheeks. No one wants their makeup to fall onto their cheeks, it's just not attractive. However, I have been using a priming spray to hold my makeup in place, and it works pretty well.
Although, some people may not use this product due to the fact that the makeup creates residue or that it smells a little weird, but to me it is a great product. I love the fact that it's natural products, you can't actually smell it when it's on your lashes. I also love the look it gives. It not only curls and volumizes but it makes my lashes look fuller as well. It keeps them conditioned and healthier then the average mascara. I honestly love the look it gives better than any other mascara I have used. It may not be for everyone, as everyone had different needs and looks that they are trying to achieve, but I definitely think this product is worth giving a try.

Mail Overload.

I'm gonna jump the gun and say that I have a lot of time on my hands. I was on my laptop one day, as I usually am, and randomly Googled how to get free things. Now, this wasn't just a random thought. I had received a free razor in the mail before and I didn't know how I got it or where I got it. It got me thinking that maybe I accidentally signed up for something a while back. So i looked up ways that I could get free things in the mail. I wasn't very successful finding anything. I just came across a bunch of websites that you had to trade mail with other people or you had to bid with certain amounts of points that you have to work for. So since google wasn't giving me what I wanted, I looked it up on YouTube. You can find anything on YouTube these days.
So I came across a video of a young women showing her viewers her mail haul. Now this wasn't just one or two things that she got, she had a whole pile of free things. her mail ranged from shampoo and conditioner sample packs to free product coupons, full sized makeup products, food samples and much more. This got me extremely excited so I continued watching to see how she received all these goodies. She listed a few links and names that you can find on Facebook. Now I'm going to say that Facebook plays an important role while getting free things. So the first website she listed was www.VonBeau.com. This website updates every day all day long. They post any new things that come out at that time. You can also like their facebook page, they do the same thing, and I find it much easier to use. She also named Freebie ninja on Facebook. he is also a really great source. Those are the main accounts that I now use, but their are other websites you can check out including: www.ilovefreethings.com, www.freeflys.com, and www.freestuffmyway.com.
The more you use these accounts, the more you will realize why you need a Facebook. A lot of freebies you get are actually on the company's page so it's crucial that you use Facebook or you may not be able to get certain things. So I began singing up for as many things as I possibly could and I started getting mail withing 2 weeks. At first I only got 3 or 4 things, which I thought was good cause I was a newbie. But after that, about 4 weeks in my mail started overflowing. It was literally like Christmas morning. I was shocked at how easy it was to get all of these items for free.
This was my first month into it. It might not look like a lot, but that also concludes the stuff I didn't save. I got free deodorant, contact solution, BB cream makeup, and even a $5 McDonald's arch card. I started becoming familiar with even more websites like www.PinchMe.com. They put up new freebies every other Tuesday. I have gotten shampoo and conditioner, lotion, diet bars, nail polish and so much more from that site. I have also gotten great things from tobacco websites like www.marlboro.com and www.blackandmild.com. I have gotten zippo lighters, a bottle opener, a key chain flashlight and headphones from those great companies. My point is the more you get free things, the more stuff you are going to find and the more stuff you are going to receive in the mail.
This was my second month. I got a lot more bigger and better items. I'm on my third month already and my top dresser drawer is already full. I know i'm going to get a lot more things and I won't quit. This is literally my new obsession. I even got my sister and best friend in on it. Although, now there is a little competition between us on who gets what. Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed reading this, and I hope this can help a few other people if they are also looking to get free things in the mail. I warn you, it can be addicting but hey, who doesn't like free stuff? I know I do, I literally watch out my window in the mornings, waiting for the mail man to come deliver my  freebies. That's not a joke either. Oh and BTW, freebies go fast so make sure you get them right away. They're limited!
Until next time!
